Im running a 16bit dos exe (written in MS Fortran) in a command prompt and I get the 'R6009: Not enough space for environment' msg. This happens only on a particular NT (SP4) machine and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. I have fiddled with the shell statement in config.nt and the ComSpec environment variable but to no avail. I have had this problem before because the %PATH% was too long but it's not the problem this time. Perhaps i need to reduce the number of environment variables? Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks.
